If your eSIM has not been activated, installed, or used, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase.
Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds may be approved where:
- The eSIM has not been activated
- No data usage has occurred
- The QR code has not been installed or redeemed
- The request is made within 60 days of purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided where:
- The eSIM has been activated
- Data usage has been detected
- The eSIM has been installed on a device
- The customer purchased the wrong plan or incompatible device
- The customer changes travel plans after activation
- Network coverage varies in certain regions
Verification
Roamzy Connect reserves the right to verify activation status, installation status, ICCID records, and usage records before approving a refund.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Roamzy Connect support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent or misleading chargeback claims after successful delivery or activation may result in service suspension and supporting evidence being provided to payment processors.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
