By accessing this website or purchasing products or services from Roamzy Connect (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Nature of Services
Roamzy Connect supplies digital eSIM products and international mobile data services through third-party telecommunications and connectivity providers.
Roamzy Connect is not a mobile network operator and does not directly control third-party carrier infrastructure, speeds, outages, coverage, or network availability.
3. eSIM Delivery & Activation
eSIM products are digital products delivered electronically via:
- QR code
- Customer dashboard
- Manual installation details
Delivery is generally automated and may occur instantly, however delays may occur due to:
- Third-party API outages
- Carrier provisioning delays
- Network maintenance
- Email delivery delays
- Fraud prevention or account verification procedures
Roamzy Connect is not liable for losses resulting from temporary API or carrier delivery interruptions outside our reasonable control.
4. Device Compatibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:
- Their device supports eSIM functionality
- The device is network unlocked
- The device supports the destination networks
- The device software is compatible with eSIM installation requirements
Compatibility information provided on this website is for general guidance only and may change without notice due to manufacturer updates or regional device restrictions.
5. Coverage & Network Performance
Coverage maps, speeds, and service quality are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Service quality may vary depending on:
- Location
- Device type
- Network congestion
- Local carrier infrastructure
- Weather and environmental conditions
Roamzy Connect does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service availability.
6. Fair Usage & Network Restrictions
Some unlimited or high-volume data plans may be subject to:
- Fair usage policies
- Speed reductions
- Traffic prioritisation
- Carrier-imposed restrictions
These restrictions are determined by third-party carriers and are outside Roamzy Connect’s direct control.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible and digital nature of eSIM provisioning:
- All sales are generally final once an eSIM has been issued
- No refunds are available for change of mind
- No refunds are available for incorrect device compatibility
- No refunds are available for accidental purchases
- No refunds are available for unused data allowances
Refund requests may only be considered where:
- The eSIM was not delivered
- The eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical fault
- The service is proven defective and support is unable to resolve the issue
Roamzy Connect reserves the right to investigate all refund claims before approval.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Roamzy Connect, you acknowledge and agree that:
- eSIM products are digital goods delivered electronically
- Delivery records, activation records, ICCID assignment records, IP logs, and API transaction records may be used as proof of delivery and service fulfilment
- Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks after successful delivery or activation may constitute payment fraud
Customers agree to contact Roamzy Connect support and allow reasonable troubleshooting opportunities before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Roamzy Connect reserves the right to:
- Suspend associated services
- Block future purchases
- Provide transaction and usage evidence to payment processors
- Recover costs associated with fraudulent disputes where legally permitted
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Delay orders for verification
- Request identity confirmation
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Restrict access to services where fraud is suspected
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamzy Connect is not liable for:
- Travel disruption
- Loss of connectivity
- Carrier outages
- Roaming restrictions
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the replacement or resupply of the affected service.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Installing the eSIM correctly
- Maintaining access to compatible devices
- Following installation instructions
- Protecting their account credentials
- Using services lawfully
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, logos, and software remain the property of Roamzy Connect and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
13. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
